How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time and it will remain active for the rest of the paid for period. To cancel your membership please visit CCBill Customer Support page or Epoch Billing Support page.

What methods of payment do you accept for international customers?

Currently we accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and JCB credit card payments from customers outside of the United States.

For customers from the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria we offers an EU Debit service which is a payment option that allows you to pay using checks from European banks.

We also offer a DirectPay EU service available in 36 European countries which allows you to transfer funds directly from your bank account to your CCBill account to purchase a membership.
